Imagine a World: Paint Write Now and Sensory Art, 2012 onwards (www.sensoryarts.co.uk): I set up and ran group extracurricular Creative Writing and Art classes for 6-11 year olds called ‘Paint Write Now’ in community spaces in Wimbledon and Raynes Park (Lantern Arts Centre/William Morris House/Holy Trinity Church etc.). The focus was imagining and world-building through writing, performance, drawing and painting. This became ‘Sensory Art’ in 2020. As Sensory Art, I have worked with: St. George’s Hospital Play Team, October-December 2020, Great Ormond St. Hospital Play Team, July-October, December 2020, March-April 2021, November-December 2021; Regent’s Park Time Bank, February (in collaboration with October Gallery) and July-August 2020 and other venues. The collaborative practices in Sensory Art have slowly merged with my other performance practices so I have stopped using the name Sensory Art so much now (June 2023), but the practices continue.
Imagine a World, Creativity Club: I set up and ran a free monthly art club for children aged 5-11 at Wimbledon Library. The focus was on imagining, dreaming, world-building. 2013-2016
